Cosmetic Eyebrow & Forehead lifts
Restore a refreshed, natural and more youthful appearance
As the eyebrows descend over time, they can create heaviness in the upper eyelids, hooding, and deep forehead lines. A brow lift can restore balance and openness to the upper face.
Understanding Brow Descent
As the eyebrows gradually fall, patients often notice heaviness in the upper eyelids, hooding of the outer eyelid, and “angry” forehead lines. This descent most commonly affects the outer portion of the brow, making the upper eyelid appear droopy or tired.
In some cases, brow descent can even limit the upper visual field. Many patients believe they need upper eyelid surgery, when in reality, elevating the brow provides the most natural and effective correction.

Treatment Options
Dr. Clauss offers customized surgical options depending on each patient’s anatomy and aesthetic goals.
For many patients, elevating the outer portion of the brow is sufficient. This can be achieved through:
- Direct brow lift (incision above the eyebrow)
- Indirect brow lift (incision hidden behind the hairline)
For patients requiring a more comprehensive correction, a full brow or forehead lift may be recommended.
Endoscopic Brow Lift
This advanced technique involves 3–4 small incisions hidden behind the hairline. An endoscope is used to carefully release and elevate the brow, creating a natural lift while keeping scars concealed.
Result: A smoother, refreshed upper face with minimal visible scarring.
